Hey guys, Happy Friday! Just tried this recipe for chocolate fudge a couple of days back and it tasted fabulous! Its gluten and casein free, vegan and low carb, I know amazing, right?!! 3/4 cup cacao powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut (for garnish)
Mix all of the ingredients together until well blended. Put the mixture on a large plate or baking pan and cut into squares. Garnish with unsweetened coconut on top. Enjoy!
