Do we actually lose weight through our breath?

According to a recent study the answer to this question appears to be yes. According to a paper published in the BMJ when we lose weight it is exhaled out as carbon dioxide. That’s all fine and good, but at the end of the day this does not change the fact that we still have to watch what we eat and focus on being more physically active.

The simple fact is that there really is no silver bullet in losing weight, it’s about eating the right foods and stay physically active. Just something to keep in mind during the holiday season.
