These can fight against Vitamin K deficiencies and one pickle contains about 18% of certian daily vitamins. Just be sure to choose organic to get the biggest benefits.
Fermented Raw Cheese
Raw milk cheese is normally made with milk that has not yet been pasteurized. This includes sheep milk, goat milk and even cow’s milk as long as it is soft cheese. This is always high in probiotics and this includes bifudus, bulgaricus and thermophillus. Probiotics have even been shown to help with some mental health problems and neurological disorders.
Probiotic yogurt is one of the most consumed fermented foods. If you want to buy some yogurt, make sure that it is grass fed and that it is organic as well. This will help you to get the most benefits and you will be surprised at how much it can benefit you when you consume it on a day to day basis.
So, if there is one thing I would recommend to everyone for better gut health, it’s to add fermented foods as a regular part of your diet. Your belly will like you for it, I promise!
